There comes a time when many of us think of downsizing and start looking around at our options. Condos and townhouses are the first logical consideration. When we think of the density of development, we wonder if that is what we really want. The cost of the unit may even exceed the sale price of our larger suburban home plus we might be faced with higher property taxes and monthly maintenance fees. However, for some people, the convenience is worth every penny.
