Central Michigan University Central Michigan University's College of Education and Human Services building utilized several highly architectural products in the completion of their exterior building envelope. Universal Wall Systems was tasked with the installation of approximately 24,000 square feet of terracotta clay tile, 22,000 square feet of aluminum composite wall panels and column covers, as well as a standing seam roof system and horizontal ribbed wall panels at the penthouse level. With the number of different products and the logistics of sourcing the terracotta system from Germany, this installation proved to be very challenging; however, the end result was rewarding, and certainly an installation that demonstrates our company's wide range of capabilities.
