Holistic Life Coaching Holistic Life Coaching is based on a holistic model of working with the body, mind, and spirit. This is usually a one on one process. A Coach will be discussing what is happening in the environment and the experience of clients, underlying and limiting beliefs, and developing a spiritual practice that works for the client—within their own religion and/or faith. Generally speaking a coach will work with someone on a subject or topic related goal, establishing the best route to the achievement of that goal.
