Description
Several years ago, Allegheny Power struggled with getting timely and accurate mobile operations information from a broad-range of legacy systems that were scattered across operational departments. Allegheny asked Utility Associates to deliver a comprehensive command and control center view that provides almost instantaneous access to information from disparate legacy systems with the location and status of their mobile assets. Allegheny Power required all of this information be presented on detailed street level maps without the clutter normally associated with automated vehicle location systems.
