Garry Tucker, P.E. has been in the heavy construction industry since 1967. His experience has been purposely multi-disciplinary with emphasis on heavy construction systems and equipment schemes. This has involved creative and innovative designs and implementation of mechanical devices and systems, value engineering, feasibility and constructability studies, estimating, scheduling, project management, and specification writing. This experience encompasses aggregate and bulk handling systems; concrete mixing, placing and forming systems; solid waste handling and processing; large mobile equipment; mining; railroad and rapid transit; tunnels; large dam construction; and other heavy construction related services. Dale Ronsin, P.E. has been in the heavy construction industry since 1968. His experience has produced innovative applications and systems of mobile equipment and specialized machinery that has greatly improved efficiency and productivity at construction projects nationally and internationally. He is a technical leader and manager that directly applies skill in creating concepts, detail design, fabrication management and field implementation. He serves as technology resource supporting a wide variety of construction related issues for active projects and estimating efforts. Rinaldo “Monte” Monteferrante has more than 50 years experience in the railroad construction and maintenance industry specializing in construction management, track construction estimating, railroad evaluation studies, derailment investigations, accident reconstruction and track materials inspection. He has been retained by various railroad contractors to estimate and prepare work-plans and trackwork submittals on various Light Rail Projects nationally. His experience in the railroad industry has been much diversified; he has served as the Director of Railroad Construction and Services on an international basis, as a Vice President of Construction for a large railroad construction contractor and hands on experience as a superintendent.
