VCE Incorporated was originally incorporated as Vibration Control Engineering in 1975. It was established by Earl C. Hutchison, a business minded professional engineer with a diverse background in technical and engineering services. Our first services were provided by our technical division to the construction, mining and blasting industries. These quickly expanded to the insurance and legal industries through our investigative division and have continued through our digital division where they have reached all business sectors. Our motto is and has always been "Have Expertise, Will Travel." We continue to expand with offices across the nation to give you, our customer, the best in Technical Accuracy, Investigative Certainty and Digital Quality. At present our key employees collectively have hundreds of years of experience backing up the technical services we provide. Our diverse history and experience gives us the unique perspective which enables us to bring you the best in specialty technical and engineering services.
