There is no signature "VIP Style". Since our business is very diverse, we have learned to design a variety of facility types with one goal in mind: to provide innovative yet pragmatic design as “creative visionaries” and quality service as “value engineers” that exceeds your expectations. At VIP, we believe “good design” results from achieving a balance between art, function, performance and cost.

While many architectural firms have established fixed niches for design, VIP Structures’ design-build roots have led us to acquire a broad and flexible portfolio. We make ourselves masters in design for all sectors, from commercial and educational to industrial. Projects ranging from the 1,000 SF to over 800,000 SF. Each one is given strict attention by our designers.

VIP has conducted business as a design-build firm for over 30 years. We are also traditional builders in every sense of the word who regularly work with architects and engineers. As a result of those close working relationships, VIP has come to appreciate and respect how design and engineering enhances projects. Because of our design-build roots, we have the capability to fast-track projects, working in close harmony with design.

As Resident Manager for FiberMark Inc. in Lowville, NY; I would like to express my appreciation to you and your excellent staff of professionals for their hard work and dedication in completing our 89,000 sqaure foot expansion within the set timelines as well as staying under budget. Quality and expertise was shown in the work performed in the coating makeup room. VIP staff worked with our company's stringent time schedules and work hours to help FiberMark meet customer needs and demands. The quality set forth by VIP reflects the quality that our customers expect from us.
