Vital Resources was founded by its president and owner, Charlene Connell, who has worked within the information technology sector since 1980. Her background includes positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Hewlett-Packard, and the first on-site computer support services subcontractor at NASA Lewis Research Center (now NASA Glenn) that was not an OEM. At Vital Resources she has formed a solid management team of highly qualified executives with significant financial, business development, human resources, and recruitment capabilities.

Although our contract-to-hire program is generally attractive to clients because they can “try” before they “buy”, there are times when direct hire may be preferred due to funding initiatives or other internal reasons. Vital Resources employs best practices when conducting customized contingent searches to provide you with top quality, professional resources. Vital Resources provides consultants on a contract-to-hire basis. This can save our clients the time it takes to conduct the full recruitment process.
