In Fact, Vac-N-Save roots go back to another company established in 1977 by the name of Everfresh which developed the first commerical vacuum packing system in the world for home use. That business has since been taken over by the manufactures of the Foodsaver machine. Vac-N-Save Products main business now is the manufacturing of vacuum pouches for both home and commerical use.
