The office hours are the hours of operation for the property when the managers will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The office hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Office is closed on Sunday and all major holidays.

Vail Ranch Self Storage is a family owned and operated facility located in the heart of Temecula, California. It was established over 15 years ago and reflects the history of the Vail Ranch of yesteryear. We are here to guide you through a positive storage experience by providing a safe, clean, convenient, state-of-the-art facility with customer service that goes above and beyond in the most professional and friendly manner.

Vail Ranch is a full service postal center. Three different size mail boxes have been made available for your convenience. This service is available 24 hours a day with constant camera surveilance. Only tenants who have chosen to rent the access key can avail themselves to the 24 hour service. Vail Ranch will accept over-sized packages for tenants who rent mail boxes. These packages must be picked up during business hours. Acceptance of C.O.D. packages may be arranged with the management staff.
