For over three decades Valenti-Held has provided clients a broad spectrum of work experience in total site development. Our experience includes earthwork, utility placement including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water lines, pre-cast concrete bridges and pavements, both asphalt and concrete. We have the expertise and resources to consult with you and “Value Engineer” on every facet of a project, from the conceptual stage to job completion. Close personal communication throughout the completion of our projects has helped build Valenti-Held’s reputation for running jobs smoothly and finishing on time and on budget. Today, Valenti-Held’s team includes nearly 200 experienced personnel serving a range of clients throughout central Indiana. Experience isn’t an abstract concept at Valenti-Held. It is embodied in all of our employees, and especially in our management team, which includes certified public accountants, engineers, estimators, supervisors and foremen, who have been with Valenti-Held for an average of eight to ten years. These are people who know their jobs, and people you can trust with yours. They have over 130 pieces of equipment and the latest technology with which to work. During an average year, the Valenti-Held team will perform nearly 3 million cubic yards of earthwork and construct approximately 17 miles of storm sewer, 30 miles of sanitary sewer mains and laterals, 18 miles of water main, 19 miles of subsurface drain, as well as numerous lift stations and pre-cast concrete bridges. We also provide Construction Management services, which includes preliminary planning, budgeting, handling of permits and bonding, scheduling of utility companies, and management of subcontractors.
