For those who are not familiar with it, FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. Basically it's a quick and easy way for you to order photos without going through our normal online ordering service. Orders sent by FTP are most like an order given at our store counter, where the customer leaves their digital media and trusts our printer to give them a high quality print. Alternately professional photographers who do their own editing and cropping may want to use FTP to send the best quality files in their preferred format to print as is.
