I flew over to LV, had a friend meet me who would be working with Robert, and between her and Robert (who had access to the house) after we selected the paint color, tile, carpets, fixtures, electrical outlets, I went home and between my friend Marleen and Robert and his crew, a month later I moved into my beautiful new home, lock, stock and barrel. I am dependent on Robert completely and Valley Maintenance/Construction does it all. If not, he gets me someone and accompanies and supervises them.
