The Wasemiller Family has been in Fresno and has had family owned businesses for over 100 years. The Nelson family has been in the San Joaquin Valley for over 70 years.

We at Pacific Solar make sure that our products and services are at the highest standard of quality and Pacific Solar takes every Solar Customer and Installation very seriously. In addition, Pacific Solar covers everything you need, in the process of having your home powered by Solar. We include all permits, prepare all the paper work, for the Rebate programs and the governmental tax credits and incentives. We provide custom designing, offer options on financing programs and have state of the art, in monitoring systems, in monitoring your electrical production.

Pacific Solar’s parent company has had over 35 years in the Building Industry in residential and commercial projects, giving our customers piece of mind, with the knowledge and past experience, which saves our customers money. They are part of the installation team at Pacific Solar, and when it comes to making sure that our customer’s roofs or structures can support their new Solar System, our team makes sure that the design fits and supports our customer’s needs.

Pacific Solar is a family operation with more than 40 years of experience in the Building Industry. The parent corporation was formed in 1982, by the Wasemiller family, and in 2008, Pacific Solar was formed by David Wasemiller, Michael his son, and Garland Nelson. They brought together the Company's firm foundation of experience as Professionals in the Building Industry and have been long time members of the Local and National Building Industry Association.

Started in Banking in 1969 with Bank Of America, as an Account Officer. Patty has worked with several banks over a period of time. Later on, she became a Title and Escrow Officer, Vice President, and Managed Branch Offices with Founders Title, Chicago Title Co., and became Vice President, Owner and Board of Director with Central Title Co. She worked with Fidelity National Title Co., as Senior Escrow Officer, and then joined the family business at Valley Pacific Builders, Inc. In 2008, she helped form Pacific Solar, where she currently manages the accounting and office personnel.
