It had become apparent in 2006 that our existing customers had shipping needs beyond the geographical area served by Van's Delivery and they wanted to be able to use Van's as their resource. So we established Van’s Brokerage so that we could continue to deliver Courtesy and Promptness Assured Service to all 48 states. While experienced in handling all types of freight on a nationwide wide basis, Van's Brokerage has also established a niche business in over-dimension and other types of challenging freight.

We are a family owned, privately held, full service trucking, warehousing and logistics firm located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We specialize in flat bed (tarped, Conestoga and curtainside) single or multi-stop deliveries and pick-ups throughout our 32 state operating range East of the Rockies. Our Brokerage Service has authority throughout the United States. Oversize loads and expedited service needs are welcome.

Arden Swisher, Jr. has worked for Van’s Delivery Service, Inc. for over 13 years with 1.5 million safe driving miles. He has been a professional truck driver for 32 years, covering more than 3.5 million miles and earning numerous safety awards and certificates along the way. Arden is passionate about driving truck and seeing the country while doing so. He is a great goodwill ambassador for Van’s, and always strives to improve service. Arden and his wife Ada reside in Martin, Michigan.
