Van Valer Law Firm was founded in 1996 by Joe N. Van Valer. With over 30 years experience in land use, development and construction law, Joe was instrumental in much of the development of Johnson County. He served as a Director of the Homeowners Warranty Corporation in Washington, D.C. and as President of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and helped found the Johnson County chapter of the Builders Association.
