David M. Lightfritz, CEO David Chose a career in the home improvement business in the mid 80's and worked in that field until the early 90's. David graduated from East Canton High School in 1986 in the top of his graduating class. He received his BS in Finance and BA in Pre Law from The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio where he graduated in 1992. David began a rewarding & successful 9 year career with a national Telecommunications wireless company that ultimately transferred him to Atlanta , GA where he became Executive Vice President charged with a responsibility for Georgia and South Carolina. David has extensive training in managing a multi million dollar operation as well as successfully mastering the art of Marketing, Sales, and Service . David ventured back to the Real Estate Industry in 2002. David and partners developed a Real Estate training school, REITRAIN, which is a Georgia approved Real Estate School. As things progressed he developed REI - The Real Estate Group LLC, as well as REI - Construction & Design LLC. All of the companies work together to provide clients a one stop solution with their Real Estate needs. In her capacity as Listing Specialist, Sherry works directly with the Seller preparing the home for sale, marketing and negotiation. Sherry will make sure to do the prelisting market analysis, pricing, product positioning, marketing plan development and staging, if needed. Then Sherry will manage the implementation of the Marketing Plan, monitors progress and maintains communication with our Seller Clients and Prospective Buyers. Upon receipt of an offer, Sherry is chief negotiator for her Seller and insures their interests and needs are protected. From binding contract date until Closing. Sherry specializes in Financially Distressed Properties, primarily those in need of a Short Sale. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: Sherry is a seasoned Real Estate Professional with multiple years of Sales expertise. She has performed all aspects of real estate including Residential and Investment Sales, Tenant and Landlord Representation, and is an expert in Short Sales As an Agent with Windsor Realty Sherry specializes in Marketing and Brokerage of Traditional Residential Poperties, and Distressed Properties in the Northern Atlanta market including but not limited the markets of North Fulton, Eastern Gwinnett, and South Forsyth counties.
