Vaxcel International was founded in 1987. Vaxcel shortly became the exclusive private label lighting and fan designer for an operation that would eventually exceed two hundred stores and become the third largest home center in the United States. During this twenty year relationship, Vaxcel sold over one billion dollars worth of lighting and fan products in the United States.
