In addition, we understand that quick attention to service during construction is essential to keeping the overall project on schedule. Competitive Fees: Our experience, efficiency, and relative low overhead allow us to keep our fees very competitive - often coming in at hundreds or even thousands below comparable engineering firms' bids. The following are typically included in our initial design fee: truss review, mix design review, steel shop drawing review, plotting for submittal, and minor fix letters.
