John Thompson has been with Velocitel since March 2013 as an independent contractor serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer. Effective January 1, 2014, he joined the company full time as President. He will have responsibility for Finance, Legal and HR, as well as continuing his role working on the overall company strategy, growth opportunities and acquisitions. Prior to 2013, JT was President of Merit Health Systems, another Willis Stein Portfolio Company. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, development, strategy and operations.

Todd Coke joined the company in January 2014, with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, and most recently served as Vice President of Accounting and Treasurer for Trilogy Health Services. Trilogy is an owner and operator of 78 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across the Midwest United States with annual revenues approximating $600 million. Prior to Trilogy, from 2004-2012, Todd served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Merit Health Systems, an owner and operator of acute care hospitals.
