Mr. Veltmann Mr. Veltmann is one of the few family law attorneys in the County of San Diego listed in Best Lawyers of America. For over 20 years he has received Martindale - Hubbell's highest rating of "av" or "preemiment." He was the Editor of the authoritative State Bar publication "Family Law News." He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a former president of the Southern California Chapter. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Veltmann has been an adjunct professor of law at California Western School of Law. He is also a member of Scribes, an association of judges & lawyers who are legal writers and editors. Mr. Veltmann has written many articles and lectured on sophisticated family law matters to the California State Bar, San Diego County Bar, the San Diego County Certified Specialists Committee, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the American Bar Association.
