In 1986, C.A.M. installed the Columbia Ultimate Business System (CUBS). This is a state of the art collection system. All areas of the office utilize the system for listings, notices, prioritized collection, accounting, remittances, and reporting; both internal and client. Production Reports are reviewed daily and individual collection units are audited regularly by supervisors. The system maintains a complete history record of every collector activity including who, what, where, when and why. A complete system backup is done daily and a copy maintained off site.C.A.M. holds a continuing membership in the American Collectors Association, Inc. and regularly uses its roster of bonded agencies to transfer accounts worldwide including all 50 states as well as 50 different countries.
