Financial Benchmarking Program that monitors the financial health, profitability and growth of U.S. firms, in a format that is meaningful to all injection molders. Currently there is no program that is focused on providing comprehensive statistics on the financial standards for financial growth and health. Injection Molders will be asked to fill out a survey prior to attending the conference. This survey data will enable us to provide participants with a current financial picture of the industry not available through any secondary source. Of course, all company-specific information is held in strict confidence, providing each participant with meaningful financial medians, measures and ranges that will relate to the size of their respective companies. Participants will be able to effectively compare their firms with other similarly sized firms on a wide variety of financial parameters. · Create a forum for the exchange of information and ideas through a series of panels and guest-speakers, addressing financial and strategic issues facing injection molders in the U.S. marketplace. The panelists will consist primarily of CEO ’s, CFO ’s and Divisional Presidents of U.S. based injection molders, as well as end-users of injection molded products, candidly discussing financial and strategic issues that affect companies and senior executives.
