Versata BRMS, a business rules management company, now operates as a privately held, independent business that is affiliated with the broader Versata family of companies.

VSK (Västerås Systemkonsult AB) was established in Sweden more than 35 years ago by three IT experts who had worked together for years. Their experience in building planning and administrative data systems together culminated in the creation of EmiR, an ERP system with integrated business processes.

Our CEO speaks to each of our customers every six months. They tell us how we're doing, and we jointly agree on a plan that will deliver success.

Versata was founded in the early 1990's, and created a business rules engine that enabled developers to rapidly create web applications in 1997. The company went public in 2000, and was purchased by Trilogy software in 2006. It was with the acquisition of Versata that Trilogy began to create its Versata Enterprises Application Development group, focused on corporate revitalization for the sake of customer success.
