Medicare recently implemented a Competitive Bidding process to award Medicare contract supplier status to a select group of CPAP suppliers, including Verus Healthcare . If your current CPAP provider is NOT recognized as a Medicare Contract Supplier, they may no longer be able to provide you services or supplies. Only a select group of Medicare accredited suppliers, like Verus Healthcare, will be able to provide services to Medicare patients moving forward.

Treatment also includes coordination and consultation with your physician and other health care providers. As we provide these services to you, information obtained during this process will be recorded in your medical record.We will use this information, in coordination with your physician, to determine the best course of treatment for you.

Olivia joined the Verus Healthcare team in June of 2013 as the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to working with Verus, Olivia worked as a Medicare Competitive Bidding Liaison for CMS. She brings with her several years of Medicare experience with expertise in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) auditing, training, and outreach education. Olivia obtained her B.S. from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, and her M.B.A from Lipscomb University in Nashville.

Doug joined Sleep Nation Inc. in June of 2012 and is responsible for the accounting and administrative activities. Prior to joining Sleep Nation, Doug was an AVP of Finance for HCA Physician Services where he led a team of approximately 130 accountants preparing monthly financial statements for approximately 650 physician practices across the US. Doug brings 30+ years of experience in varied industries and has served as CFO of four mid-sized growth companies in healthcare and medical malpractice insurance.

Payment activities include actions required for us to obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier for the products and services ordered by your physician and provided to you by us.
