Section 1.06 Data Access and Privacy: To provide you with Services, we will need (a) ongoing remote electronic access to a computer at your Location which holds all of your Client and pet data, including their medical records (collectively "Data"), and (b) periodic transferring of Data to us. You agree to provide us such access, and consent to the transferring of Data.
