Mr. Mischka brings to Vetus more than a decade of experience providing corporate finance advisory services for public and privately-held companies in distribution and logistics. Tre has worked with some of the leading distribution companies in the United States, including MSC Industrial Direct, WESCO International and Hughes Supply. In addition, he has provided M&A sell-side advisory services to some of the leading private equity funds that have invested in the distribution sector.

Mr. Greyson brings to Vetus Partners over 20 years of combined investment banking and business experience during which he completed numerous merger & acquisition transactions, including a significant number of cross-border deals. Prior to joining Vetus Partners, Jay founded and led the Automation, Controls & Electrical ('ACE') practice group at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, served as the global practice leader within the Global M&A organization, and has advised over a dozen leading distributors throughout the world.

Mr. Miller brings to Vetus over a decade of distribution financial advisory experience. He has worked with more than two dozen leading wholesale distributors, including over a dozen "top-100" distributors in various market segments. Former clients include public corporations such as Premier Farnell plc and leading privately-held wholesale distributors such as Edson Electric Supply and Stuart C. Irby Company. He has also provided buy-side M&A financial advisory services to select corporations and private equity funds as they consider distribution-related investments.
