We combine these supplies with knowledgeable customer service to provide the greatest value possible. Our extensive selection of new generic compatible and remanufactured inkjet cartridges and laser toner cartridges provides our customers with low cost alternatives to expensive original manufacturer OEM inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges.

When you buy a cartridge, does it belong to you? Can you use it as you wish? Can you resell the cartridge? These interesting questions for the consumer are currently the subject of litigation brought by Lexmark Corporation in the U.S. District Court of Ohio. Lexmark Corporation brought suit against severaU.S. toner cartridge remanufacturers alleging that their use of Lexmark toner "cores" (the plastic portion of the toner cartridge that is refurbished and refilled to create a remanufactured cartridge) violates Lexmark patents.

We ship items from our Arizona warehouse. Orders placed prior to 1 p.m. Arizona Mountain Time ("MT") Monday through Friday will be sent out that day; orders placed after 1 p.m. will go out the following business day. Call if you have a question. Our regular shipping uses United States Postal Service ("USPS") first class or priority mail, or UPS ground, depending upon shipment weight. We ship many Phoenix area orders by XPS Delivery, a local messenger service ("XPS"). Shipping is free within the continental United States for orders over $50.00; $4.95 for other orders.

Based in Tempe Arizona, we are veterans of the printing, imaging and supplies industry. We research and visit manufacturing plants in Asia and the United States in order to bring our customers only the highest quality OEM, compatible and remanufactured products.
