"How it Works" page. VibraTrim is now releasing the VT500, a world class whole body vibration machine. The VT202 and the award winning VT400, to meet the suggestions of our customers. The VT202 changed the appearance, added an extendable handle and wheels to make it very portable. The VT400 and the VT500 have two motors that produce 2 types of vibration that can be run independently or together producing three types of vibration. You can also program these to meet your specific needs and it also has resistance bands. All of our models come with a large wall chart that shows the exercises and the muscle groups that are affected by those exercises. The VT400 and the VT500 utilizes the oscillating vibration but also uses the spiral vibration. These two vibration types can be run independently or together giving you a total of three types of vibration in one machine. It is explained in detail on the "VT400" page. and on the "VT500" page. A 1 1/4 hour DVD and a 90 page Exercise Instructional manual is included.

VibraTrim currently manufactures four models. All of them utilize the oscillating style of Vibration. The oscillating style was selected as being the best source of vibration for your body.
