The Vickers Engineering Mass Production Department, working either as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier, consists of automated and non-automated cells dedicated to either a single, or family of part numbers. This high volume culture is very different from our Prototyping and Low Volume Production groups. While handling the machining requirements in house, the Vickers Prototyping Department also manages the pattern, casting, and finishing specifications all while overcoming tight deadlines and producing thorough quality documentation.

Currently, the Vickers team consists of a broad range of talent, serving a diverse mix of industries and product lines. From machinists and quality engineers to customer specific program managers, the people of Vickers are always learning, and striving to raise the expectation level in the eyes of our customers.

Scott joined Vickers as CFO in late 2011. Scott, a CPA, comes to Vickers with a wide range of experience in successfully running and growing publically and privately held businesses over the past 15 years. Prior to his private sector career, Scott spent a number of years in public accounting, most recently with BDO LLP in Troy, MI. He has also held CFO positions at companies in the software and manufacturing arenas, most recently at Welch Packaging Group, Inc.
