Vicon's full time programming staff is dedicated and knowledgeable in both the precision fabrication and the HVAC trades. We employ programmers that have been serving these trades for over 20 years.

X-Axis consists of one linear guide with two rigid recirculating ball bearing guide cars. Y-Axis linear guiding consists of four ridged hardened Vee roller guides.

The Vicon Pipe Line manufactures precision round pipe sections automatically and fast. Sizes range from 3” to 24” diameter with either the well known reeves or modified lock seams. The Vicon Pipe Line produces profitable duct work.
