All employees are trained to provide capable and compassionate care for seniors, Children, Disabled, and Adults who are in need of nursing or personal care services. Our pre-employment screening process includes: criminal background checks, thorough SBI and or FBI, work references check, North Carolina Health Care Registry Check, Drug Screening and proper licensure and accreditation. Employee health is assessed.

A Victorious Home Care was opened in 2003 by a local nurse in Charlotte, NC and we've since opened locations in Gastonia, Greensboro and Rock Hill, S.C. We provide nursing care and personal care services and support to fit every need. We are a team of home care professionals.
