Think about it. Turning your ‘org’ chart upside down would put management at the bottom and the production staff and customer service team (or the folks that actually perform the work) at the top. That’s right. I’m saying that your production staff and customer service team is closest to the customer. It’s absolutely true. Your production staff and customer service team are taking orders, duplicating/replicating, editing, filming, authoring, packaging, shipping, etc. and their efforts are literally what the clients see.

Put yourself in your customers’ shoes. Your keywords should be the words or phrases your customers might use when searching for your product or service.

Organizations with digital media capability and who are on GSA schedule should be prepared to provide services towards this digitization effort.

Video Labs was fortunate enough to cover the tournament, which since its inception, has raised nearly $1 million for YLF and its students. The YLF ( helpingkids.org ) was founded in 1997 to serve at-risk youth in Washington by boosting academic performance, while developing character. 97% of YLF students have graduated from high school and go on to college.
