Personal Information. We receive and collect personally identifiable information - such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and postal addresses - from visitors to this Site when they (i) submit inquiries or requests to us, (ii) become registered users of this Site, (iii) sign up to receive newsletters or bulletins from us, or (iv) choose to provide information to us for some other reason.

Client Information. We collect information (such as contact, billing, account, and business data) under the direction of our Clients and this data is used to offer products, fulfill orders, respond to customer service request and administer customer accounts. The use of information collected through our Client service is limited to the purpose of providing that Client service. Visitors who are customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by them, should contact the Client directly.

Mr. Hopkins has over 30 years of experience working with small and medium sized technology companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of Certara from March 2007 to December 2013, when Certara was acquired by Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity company. Certara provides modeling and informatics software and services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to assist them in developing new drugs. Prior to that, Mr. Hopkins served on the Board of Directors of Corel Corporation when it was acquired by Micrografx. Mr. Hopkins also served as Chairman and CEO of Micrografx.

Terry Lydon is responsible for the ViewCentral Learning Management product group. Terry has over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley’s computer and software industries. Previously, Terry was the co-founder of ViewCentral, serving also as the Vice President of Services. ViewCentral was the first Learning Management SaaS solution on the market and was acquired by Rainmaker Systems in 2006. Prior to ViewCentral, Terry was Vice President of Services at Brio Technology, where he was responsible for building and directing both the educational services and technical support organizations.

Limited Use. The use of information collected through a Site operated for a Client is limited to the purpose of providing the services for the Client. Information provided by visitors will not be sold, transferred, or traded to any third parties for the marketing of third parties' goods or services without the visitor's consent.
