Description
The Charitable Care Fund helps Villa St. Benedict in its commitment to our residents. Unlike most senior living communities, Villa St. Benedict will never turn our backs on a resident who can no longer afford to live in their VSB home. Families will never face the horrible financial necessity to uproot their loved one from their home. This commitment is an expensive one, but is also basic to who we are. Needless to say, the security that this commitment provides to our residents makes a huge difference in the quality of their life over their final years.
The Villa St. Benedict Foundation was formed in 2006 and is a not-for-profit philanthropic organization qualifying for charitable tax donations. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting the mission of Villa St. Benedict and enhancing the lives of the people we serve.

Villa St. Benedict is co-sponsored by the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart and Benedictine Health System. Founded in 1895, the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart have a long tradition of serving local communities through education, parish work, helping the homeless and caring for seniors. The Sisters envision Villa St. Benedict as an extension of their mission of Hospitality, and they also minister in our Benedale Center for Assisted Living.
