Description

In the early nineties my mother asked if I would help her friend obtain a Reverse Mortgage. At that point in time, Reverse Mortgages were in their infancy and not much was known about them. I applied for and took part in the HECM pilot program, eventually becoming one of the first mortgage brokers in the United States to provide Reverse Mortgages. This is where my company took another direction, one that broadened its scope and allowed me to assist my clients in more ways.
