January 1, 2001 Baltimore SMRrTram Study: Village Technology undertakes study to develop a proposed linked network of SMRrTram alignments to provide pedestrian mobility around Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The Study is undertaken to meet the requirements of an upcoming “Bus Rapid Transit Vehicle Design and Community Integration Competition” sponsored by the Federal Transit Administration.
