Vincentian Collaborative System is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of your health information. In conducting our business, we will create records regarding you and the treatment and services we provide to you.

Our therapy program is centered around the individual needs of each person. We provide education to family and caregivers as well. In order to provide a safe discharge plan to home, all residents are offered an individual home assessment as well as safety training.

From knee and hip replacements, to stroke recovery, to strength-building, Vincentian Home offers a short-term rehabilitation program providing specialized rehabilitation services to seniors.

Vincentian Rehabilitation Services offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to adults ages 18 and over. We provide outpatient therapy at our convenient North Hills center as outlined below. Inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation is provided throughout the Pittsburgh region at each of our four long-term care facilities.
