I wanted to write and thank you for all of your efforts towards our highly successful American Heroes event. It was a pleasure working with you and your team. You were on top of everything I threw at you. Being the first large public event that I have put on for my YPO Chapter, it was imperative that it go smoothly and live up to expectations. I can honestly say it surpassed all expectations! I know that coordinating this special event could not have been easy, especially as it included SEALS rappelling from a helicopter, along with pyrotechnics – but you made it seem effortless.

How do you thank someone for helping to make their wedding day magical, memorable and seamless? We are forever grateful to you for your warmth, creativity, humor and efficient approach to our special day. Being a music and film producer, and a newspaper publisher; we both are perfectionists who greatly appreciate detail and creativity. Thank you again and again for all you did to help make our day truly the happiest cay of our lives.

Very recently we had the privilege of working with Mary for a second time; once as the mother of the groom in 2008, and on January 16, 2010 as the mother of the bride. These are two very different experiences. Mary provided us with a balanced and high quality list of vendors, and was able to help with negotiations, suggestions and helped us in establishing a realistic time frame for the process until the big day. I have had so many people ask “What was your secret at being able to have such a positive experience with our daughter?” I must say Mary contributed to this in a huge way.

At long last, it is here. After years of research, after many hours of working with our graphics designer, Rebecca Ludlam, PixelPOP LA and our virtual assistant and web guru Shannon Kuykendall – the new site is up. Thank you ladies for your dedication, support and sometimes kicking me in the butt to get this project done!
