Our design staff consists of professional engineers, designers, and draftsmen who take projects from conception to completion. Our staff assists clients through ideation, design, specifications, bid document preparation, and inspection processes. We also provide clients with representation at public hearings, management of permitting processes, graphic exhibits for meetings, and other general consulting services related to the industry. Our staff has experience working for both public agencies and private clients.

With over 60 years of experience in the area, we are intimately familiar with the utility infrastructure systems of the region and the regulatory process required by many jurisdictional authorities in Northern Kentucky. We frequently represent our clients before Planning Commission Committees and Community Councils.

Viox & Viox has specialized in Land Surveying in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati since 1945. Our land surveyors have access to over six decades worth of private land records and utility plans. We routinely perform boundary surveys , topographical surveys , platting services , ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and construction staking . Our staff uses the most current GPS technology, robotic total stations, and the latest data collection hardware and software equipment.
