Description

Ray began working in the truss industry in 1976 as a draftsman/designer for a plate supplier named Ronel while attending college. By the end of 1977 his programming career started by writing programs to solve forces on programmable calculators of the day moving up to full analysis programs on small HP desktops and finally minicomputers. He was then the chief software designer/developer at Truswal for seven years. The following 13 years were spent working with Alpine Engineered Products heading up the software development division.
