MISSION STATEMENT At Nashville Eye Group we are committed to using the latest technology available in order to provide the highest quality eye care. We specialize in providing the most advance products in the industry. From Infants to seniors we are able to provide for all your eye care needs. We promise you will be treated like family. We offer emergency medical eye care 24 hours a day. One of our doctors is on call at all times and is only a phone call away. You can reach us day or night by calling our primary phone number (615-331-8688) If you call during our regular business hour you will be worked in immediately if necessary. If you call after hours you will be directed to the pager of our doctor on call. He may ask to see you in the office or give you instructions over the phone. Equipment We are equipped with the latest in ophthalmic technology including the convenient and advanced Optomap which, in most cases, makes it possible to examine your retina thoroughly without dilation. We also perform the most advanced computerized refraction with the Marko 3-D Wave Auto-refractor. This technology gives an exhaustive analysis of the refractive properties of the eye.

Formed in 2004, Vision1st now consists of nine doctors and seven locations throughout the Nashville metro. A native of Peckville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Nicole Lemoncelli graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. degree in Biology and from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Philadelphia, with a B.S. degree in Visual Science. After graduating with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, she completed her residency at the Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Lemoncelli received certification in the Therapeutic Management of Ocular Disease in 2003. Upon completing her residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Dr. Lemoncelli served as a full-time staff optometrist at the Medical Center’s outpatient clinic in Canton, Ohio, for two years. In July 2006, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she eventually joined the Smyrna Eye Group, a private practice, providing comprehensive eye care to a large Hispanic and pediatric population. Dr. Lemoncelli has particular experience in providing optometric care to geriatric patients with ocular diseases as well as post-operative LASIK patients.
