VCI Internet Services, aka Vision Communications, was founded in August of 1995 as a division of Ruddata Corporation in Paducah, Kentucky. Ruddata Corporation has been in business since 1982.
VCI is constantly striving to add the latest technology to our internet service in an effort to assist our customers in achieving fast and reliable internet connectivity.
2002 - Improved SpamWatch to better detect and block spam emails. Added the ImageLocker, Planner and WebMarks to the VCI web site.
