I also wanted to let you know how much I enjoy video vision and how easy it is to use, I am now using 2 Epson tm 88II's with the Indiana drawers. We have been in business now since May and it is going well - I just tried your reporter (trial) and to be honest, I don't know how I was doing it without it. There is a lot of good information there! If you ever need anyone to help with standing behind your product - let me know! I will gladly let them know how happy I am. I even have my business partner who is scared to death of a computer understanding your video vision!
