VRM specializes in the management of multi-family properties and our portfolio consists of apartments, cooperatives, condominiums and homeowner associations. The principals of Vision Realty Management have over 45 years of extensive experience and expertise in the field of asset and property management. We are a hands-on company that does not manage the assets from a far; rather we are in the trenches of the daily operations. We understand our business and possess the resources and tools needed to succeed in achieving ownership objectives..

As a full service real estate service organization, that provides residential and property management services for owners of multifamily residential properties (including homeowners, condominium and cooperative associations), VRM is able to address and respond to a wide range of needs for its clientele. Whether those needs are accounting, administrative or full service management, VRM has the capability and capacity to address those needs.
