Established in 1983, Brian started providing mobile service out of their home repairing stone-damaged windshields. Visions has evolved into a full service auto glass shop. Visions staff includes Brian & Vicki Gleason, Sales/Repair Technicians Mark Gleason & Gary Rude, and Auto Glass Installation Experts Craig Finlayson & Jason Hanna.

If your insurance company instructs you to call a 1-800 number to report your claim, in some cases you will actually be talking to a glass network, not your insurance company . The glass conglomerate that owns and operates that network may in fact represent themselves as the insurance company and attempt to "steer" you to their own shops. The temptation to steer jobs is so widespread that there are presently lawsuits throughout the country seeking to bar this kind of coercion.
