Each client has a unique set of needs, and we are dedicated to help our clients make informed decisions about their care. Our goal is to provide quality continuity of care. Our caregivers are experience in providing private-duty home care. All caregivers in our data bank are required to meet all professional, federal and state requirements.

Our philosophy of home care is to never compromise on providing high quality services to our clients.

We begin by reviewing client's needs through an initial in-home assessment ; when necessary we consult with the family members of the care recipient, physician(s), social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff. Next, working in conjunction with the family, we develop an individualized program to manage daily needs. We match needs to the best possible caregiver, bring them to the home and ask clients to participate in the selection process.

After the caregiver has been placed in the client's home, we continue our unique system of continued personalized contacts through telephone check-in and home visits. Visiting Angels caregivers have years of experience in private duty homecare. All caregivers in our data bank are required to meet all professional, federal and state requirements. In addition, all caregivers go through an interview process, compliance verification, background check, driver's license check, employment verification and reference checks. Our caregivers also have strong intangible traits such as caring personalities and the desire to help people. It is these traits which make all the difference in the day to day experience of each care recipient who is served by our caregivers.
