Description

As the employer of record, we maintain all required personnel and payroll records. We compute and pay out net wages and any approved expense reimbursements. We withhold all applicable Federal, State and local taxes and make required payments for the employer portions on FICA and Medicare taxes and Federal & State unemployment. We fully adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, including wage and hour compliance and government payment schedules.

As a W-2 employee you will never have to worry about compliance issues, taxes or workers comp coverage since we provide these and more services to all employees.

We provide liability, fidelity and Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and are responsible for the acts of our associates within the scope of employment.
