Our Field Service Technicians are factory-trained to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Most have worked in the sign industry for over 20 years. Our Software Technician provides individualized software training at the time of installation and after as needed. We can also provide customized training and support for those customers who may need custom software, graphics, animations or video messaging.

Bobbi Gerson, Executive Vice President, brings over 25 years of experience in project management, advertising and marketing. Her unique understanding of both the advertising and technical sides of LED electronic message centers ensures our customers will receive both quality products and quality training on the software before, during and after the installation is completed.

Steve Gerson, President, brings over 30 years of experience in the sign industry to you. He personally works with every customer bringing his vast knowledge of virtually every type of signage available to match your needs. His expertise in areas such as permit and zoning variances, installation complexities, and project management are equally critical to our customers.

Our customer service and marketing Vice President brings over 25 years of advertising experience to our customers. Our staff is always available to you after the installation is complete; ensuring you are using your sign to it's fullest potential.
