Visual Lease Services is a privately owned company whose headquarters is located in the historic Benson Building (circa 1925) in Holdenville , Oklahoma . Glenn Mask originally founded VLS in 1958 under the name of GEM Surveys. GEM Surveys contracted with numerous local governments in Michigan and Oklahoma for cadastral mapping and real & personal property re-valuation projects. Today, current technology is at the heart of our company.

Rick is the co-founder and CEO of Visual Lease Services. The company was founded in 1996.
